  • Construction note: Beginning 9/17, a small section of State Street will be closed for construction between Main and Third Streets. No festival venues are directly affected - just FYI so there are no surprises for parking downtown.

  • Saturday parking shuttle: On Saturday from 9am-5pm, we’ll have a shuttle running frequently from Holy Childhood to additional parking at Harbor Springs High School. Thanks to Nub’s Nob and Harbor Springs High School!

The Harbor Springs Festival of the Book, held in beautiful Harbor Springs, Michigan, is a three-day celebration of readers, writers, books, and the literary craft. Featuring nationally-published authors and illustrators across eight genres, the majority of Festival sessions are held in venues in downtown Harbor Springs and are free to the public.
