To inspire readers of all ages and to celebrate the culture of books in a beautiful part of the world.

Our Vision

From the streets to the storefronts, our town is transformed into a celebration of books during the Harbor Springs Festival of the Book’s premier three-day event. The Festival and a variety of literary events throughout the year inspire readers of all ages. We strive to be recognized for the Festival’s significant economic and cultural impact on our community.
