Learn the art of painting your catch (or someone else’s!) with the artist and author/illustrator of The Fly Fishing Book: An Artful Guide to Angling. Steven Weinberg's art has been featured everywhere from the Wall Street Journal to the Smithsonian to fishing lodges around the world. He comes to Northern Michigan excited to meet the artists, anglers, and readers who call these lakes and rivers home. Watercolor tubes, disposable palettes, brushes, and watercolor paper will be provided, though participants are encouraged to bring their own kit of favorite supplies! Advanced registration required. Open to attendees age 16 and older.
