So often we think of journeys as movement from one place to another, whether as pilgrimage, migration, quest, or travel. This change in location contains more than just geography, as it’s defined by borders, culture, memory, and the emotional value we ascribe to it. Journeys also bridge time. They move people from the present to unknown futures. They offer reflections on the past. With slight speculative elements, provocative questions about life and death, and distinctive crafts perfectly suited to each of their works, these presenters invite us to look inward, outward, and to the metaphysical as we voyage with them.
